Animo SIM - Faculty Access

To view Class List from ITC

This option sends a request to ITC to provide the electronic class list to a faculty user

• From the DLSU Menu, Select Faculty.
• Select Class List.
• Type in the Course and Press OK.
• Type in the Section and press OK.

To view course card distribution schedule

• From the DLSU Menu, Select Faculty.
• Select Course Card.
• You will receive an SMS informing you of the course card schedule.

To view course load

This option allows the faculty subscriber to receive information on his/her Academic/Course Load.

• From the DLSU Menu, Select Faculty.
• Select Course Load.
• Type in Y if Course Load information request is for next term and N if information requested is for the current term.
• You will receive an SMS informing you of the course load.

To view Course Offerings

This option allows the faculty subscriber to view the Course Offerings for the term.

• From the DLSU Menu, Select Faculty.
• Select Course Offer.
• Type in the Course and press OK.
• Type in the Section and press OK.
• You will receive an SMS informing you of the course offerings.

To dial up

This option allows the faculty subscriber to receive the Internet Dial Up Number.

• From the DLSU Menu, Select Announcements.
• You will receive an SMS informing you of the announcements.

To view dissolved Classes

This option allows the faculty subscriber to view the Dissolved Classes.

• From the DLSU Menu, Select Faculty.
• Select Dissolved.
• You will receive an SMS informing you of the dissolved classes.

To view final exam schedule

This option allows the faculty subscriber to view the Final Exam Schedule.

• From the DLSU Menu, Select Faculty.
• Select Final Exam.
• You will receive an SMS informing you of the final exam schedules.
